Material to be inserted at the top 14 inch side. Sealed on 3 other sides.
For use with 3 or 4 -binder rings. Punched with the total of 7 holes.

1st set of 4 holes with app. 3-1/2 inch (89 mm) between holes (center to center) for use with 4-ring legal binders.
2nd set of 3 holes with app. 4-1/4 inch (108 mm) (center to center) for use with 3-rings legal size binders.

Outer dimension: 14-13/16 x 17-1/4 inch (376 x 438 mm).
