Ken was very helpful in communicating with me and helping me get exactly what I needed for a large genealogical project I'd completed. They arrived very quickly, along with the sheet protectors. Not cheap but great product though October 11, 2024 Reviewer: Dan Horner from Toronto, ON Canada   The 11x17 Portrait binder was not cheap when including the exchange rate and shipping.  The import fees where an unexpected surprise too.  Because it is a specialty item, I understand that there would be high costs but the final surprise about the duty fees left a bad taste.  Great product though. Keepfiling comment: It is a problem with the import taxes and local sales taxes in Canada. They are hard if not impossible to calculate upfront. Some of the carriers has also in the past take a huge fees for handling import duty on top of the local sales tax. We then moved on to use other shipping companies. Pleased with this big binder February 25, 2020 Reviewer: Marguerite Wilcox from Bend, OR United States   I was delighted when my big binder arrived earlier than I expected.  It now holds many antique documents, with room for more, from my ancestors protected, of course, by archival sleeves.  My only problem now is that I cannot download the templates to make a label.  The download does not work.
